  • Late payments may incur a penalty fee or lead to suspension of services.
  • No refunds or tuition adjustments will be made for days missed due to illness, vacation, or school holidays.

3. Attendance and Hours

Parents must respect the school working hours and program schedules:

  • Playgroup & Pre-KG Timings: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Monday to Friday).

4. Health and Safety Guidelines

To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children:

  • Children showing symptoms of contagious illness (fever, rashes, persistent cough, etc.) must remain at home.
  • If a child becomes sick at the center, parents will be notified and must arrange for immediate pick-up.
  • Parents must inform us of any severe allergies, dietary requirements, or chronic medical conditions.

5. Student Behavior and Code of Conduct

We strive to nurture a positive, respectful environment. While we understand early development involves learning social limits, persistent aggressive or unsafe behavior that compromises the safety of other children may result in a review of the child's enrollment status.
